Our party salad is a great, healthy option for your next lunch meeting. We use organic baby spring greens, English cucumber, scallions, vine-ripened tomatoes, housemade croutons, and a confetti mix of diced red, yellow, and orange pepper. Served with a choice of dressing, utensils, baguette, and butter pats. Serves 10 small portions.
